It was all fun and games when he did it. It’s all good when someone you don’t care for doesn’t play (ANYONE can do load management. Otto Porter does load management. I don’t see anyone demanding he play every night).![]()
HuffPost is now a part of Verizon Media
"Among those watching the Spurs put the clamps on the 76ers was veteran star Tim Duncan. The 35-year-old was given the night off. No, Duncan was not sidelined by any particular injury. Of course, the official box score at NBA.com does list a condition that likely won’t be improving any time soon."
The media's all light hearted when the Spurs started doing this (and this wasn't just Duncan, he's sat all his star players, young and old over the years)
Now it's a complete 180 when it's Kawhi doing it.

teams feel like they need to do this to navigate a season, just like in any other sport now. With the salaries they get, you’re always gonna err on the side of caution because nobody wants a Thibs type of guy running guys into the ground anymore. If you can tough it out, great, but anyone suggesting that the league should choose the lineups for teams is overstepping their boundaries.

Trust Kob's post-basketball career will be just as accomplished as his first act
looks like someone i would never want to speak on
and
would show up to play with bubble guts and hang overs
showed up to ball same day as trial in another state!
