How do you know most are feminist? Do you go up to each one and ask them? As far as these activism events go they start out well until agendas start playing out. The black women at these events are the ones who fight for black unity.
Because most are. You have some "this is a feminist" prototype stuck in your head bro. They're not wearing some queen Latifah ladies first motif and angry about you making more money than them. :heh:

I don't know WHERE you are meeting these women besides gathering around a bunch of dudes online who have a circle jerk around these ideals.

Man please.

You think black feminists are the worst women because you're a keyboard warrior. Go out and see who our activists are. The majority of them I see on the front lines actively fighting against the prison industrial completed, fighting for blacks are mostly black women. But that would require you to actually get off the keyboard.

You dudes are lames

Funny....many of the feminists I've met over the years are some of the easiest ass I've encountered

How can you champion black feminists but then say later that they were the easiest ass to get? You're looking suspect right now.

And starting Twitter hashtags or leading marches that don't lead to real action aren't really impressive for feminists. If people invested more in organizations that have the financial influence to create immediate consequences for those who discriminate against us, we'd have better leverage.

And you have no idea what people do in real life so that "keyboard warrior" nonsense is garbage.

Drag conversations out and people will eventually back themselves into a corner.

He's always doing that. Talking about how black women are doing a bunch of stuff at these protests but we're still not getting justice. It's clearly not working. And now he's reduced feminists to easy sex so he doesn't take them seriously or respect them at all.

I can because I can segregate how someone is sexually from their willingness to help the people. Too many of you dudes isolate women into one box where if they give up the ass, they somehow their social activism is now worthless. What sense does that make? MLK loved beating up the p*ssy, so did Ali...but should that get In the way of the respect that should be given to them in terms of what they do for the people? No.

What's suspect is your thought process.

So those whoso protest, considering protest is used all over the world as a means of reform, is pretty much a worthless effort because you from the confines of your keyboard can point at its ineffectiveness. So I guess the amount of women I see bringing their black sons to these protests to teach them to fight for their rights has no reverberating qualities. :snoop:

Protest leads to nation building. Protest leads to the Bringing together of people to do what you say below:

If people invested more in organizations that have the financial influence to create immediate consequences for those who discriminate against us, we'd have better leverage.

A keyboard warrior is one who confirms himself to what's going on online and not beyond it.

If one was REALLY active off the keyboard and put their feet to the ground, you would know who is marching alongside you.

I dont forget the tons of women that make up these protests. Or the women I personally see with my own eyes put together an Essence-Fest. I'm sorry...I don't forget who I see building and doing all those things because I'm socially active.

Dudes pretty much expose themselves, coming online, pointing fkngers at what's workin and thinking repeating THE FACT that many of these women make up the majority of social black activism as if repeating it comes with an expiration date.

The cats who believe protests do nothing say that as a means to hide behind their non involvement.

Never about shyt niqqas on some "it ain't doing nothing anyway" but will be there to reap the benefits of it when protest exposes the evil of the oppressor for the world to see and create eventual change.

Too many of you niqqas think it starts with back room building. It always began with protest.

There's like one or two that are cool like Doris Burke for example. I could listen to her break down basketball all day. The problem is the sport's media now thinks they're more important than the athletes themselves. I bet whomever this lady is thinks she's legitimately worth more to sports than KD is which is why she somehow felt cool dressing down KD, but an athlete saying something back to her is out of pocket.

I need Bill Burr to go on SportsNation and debate Beadle. That'd be the only time I'd watch. He'd shut down all of that shyt and won't apologize one bit.

Sure. It didn't happen here though thusly it is irrelevant. I encourage you to either re-read what I said if you are failing to understand the connection.

You really saying women haven't gone through periods of dehumanization in the U.S?

I was referencing this situation breh :snoop:. Marcellus did not dehumanize Tracy Ellis Lost or whatever her name is therefore dehumanization of women is not relevant to this discussion. However, she did dehumanize KD, therefore dehumanization of black men for the amusement or whites is. I'm giving you a chance, but it's starting to seem more and more like you are being intentionally obtuse here...not in the U.S. but in this thread concerning the topic we are discussing right now, today, in this moment.

You responded to my comparison regarding what your response would be if a white guy referred to a black dude as "homie" in a professional environment with how a man referencing a woman in a professional as "sugar". The context and history of words like "sugar" "toots" "honey" in the workplace has a condescending tone towards women because women have had a history of not being treated seriously in the workplace. Regardless of who Michelle Beadle is, she wasn't wrong in saying Marcellus' comments were sexist is all I'm saying. Hell the whole crowd reacted when he said what he said before she even said anything.

I laid out my stance and my reasoning for it very clearly. There is no room for confusion or misunderstanding in terms of what I was getting at. I don't know what else to to tell you. If you don't get it, you are either unable to or unwilling to :yeshrug:.
