Celebrate bullshyt judicial decisions like this, which grant the government a power grab, and then act surprised when they used these enhanced powers against blacks.
Judge needs to be disbarred.

So in your opinion the minority physical custody parent (in this case the father)
Has no rights? His50% legal custody -which covers things like medical decisions means nothing?

:patrice:

If you have a child and the mother has primary physical custody do you give up all of your rights as a father, as a parent because that would be judicial overreach to you (even though you both as parents agreed upon certain things in a court of law)?

False choice for the win. LOL
No if she violated the agreement, the courts should change the agreement and custody and place custody in the fathers care as the mother has shown she is not fit for the responsibility.

That is completely different than jailing a parent though, and how you think its acceptable for the courts to jail people for this makes no sense to me. It literally is in none of the parties interests and it doesn't benefit society in the slightest.

This was an agreement with the child's other biological parents. No one parent doesn't get to ignore court and custody agreements because they feel like it.

She is being held in contempt of court not "failure to vaccinate"

Absolutely a valid reason to be jailed.
But realistically yall think she needs to be jailed for not wanting the vaccination.

Lets keep it a buck

I'm 100% fine with people not getting vaccinations for their kids, but it should be in writing and documented somewhere so that if the kid gets sick as result of not getting a vaccination and there isn't a legit medical reason why, they should have to pay for all treatment of the disease OUT OF POCKET.
So, if the idiot parents don't have money for the treatment, then the kid is shyt out of luck? That's not the answer either.

got a call for three nines
No shyt but being held in contempt of court isnt a threadworthy topic....

Being jailed for not vaccinating is so despute the reasons, yall feel its justified because she didnt want to vaccinate

Herd immunity isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.

Living like it’s 1880 isn’t the wave.

I’ve had my shots like tens of millions of other Americans without any negative consequences.

Have you read how the Somali community I think it was either Michigan or Minnesota were convinced not to immunize their children and how it turned into a public health crisis?

If you want to space shots out or whatever as long as it’s backed by facts and not emotions okay geat but I think by the time they’re in school they should have all their shots. Hell I couldn’t have gone to elementary school, high school, or college in my state without them.

Yeah let's do that
Let's keep it a buck.
:comeon:
You don't know me, don't assume that you automatically know my motives.
I am a custodial mom and a non custodial stepmom,
I think she should be forced to keep her non vaccinated child away from the general public.

I think she should be jailed for being in contempt of court for voiolating her custody agreement with the child's father.

In what way is it a false choice?
She went to court and agreed to something with the child's other parent.
She chose to ignore her own agreement.
She could have not agreed to begin with (but that might have fukked up her custody award)

I don't care if she's jailed or fined or stripped of primary physical custody
But she's wrong.

I have no tears for this bytch, if you do that's cool.

You presented a false choice, and I told you why.
Pretty simple.
As for why you are okay with it, like I said typical short term thinking.

And that's your opinion.
I take non custodial parents rights very seriously
You are welcome not to.
Let's hope that you never become one.
I take parental rights seriously as well, which is why you might shift custody to the father, rather than jailing a parent for no reason whatsoever hurting the other parent, the children, and the jailed parent. Again, you have to present a false choice to justify this non-sense.
