I remember a certain director who won an Academy Award a couple of weeks ago talking about the importance of the theatrical experience and urging for a longer theatrical window… or something, I don't know :troll:

But fr I hate this, keep these movies in theatres longer.
I was thinking about hitting the theater up maybe in the next week to see this. Knowing it's coming to streaming already, I'll just wait.

I thought it was decent. The third act kinda didn’t hit, but I wasn’t letdown by it. My only real complaint is the lack of comedy. It had its moments, but just wasn’t enough for me.

-They didn’t build Nasha as a leader, so the ending came out of nowhere.

-the translator thing was ehhh.

-would have faired better if they focused more on his deaths and progress into Mickey 18.

-Ruffalo Trump. :heh:

-Glenn was useless.

The build for the supporting characters was weak overall. Battinson was fine in the role, but nothing to praise about.

It's too intellectual for people who want a dumb popcorn movie and it's too over the top for those who want a serious tone sci fi movie.
Bruh, this movie wasn’t even that deep. It’s basically copy and paste formula for “evil politicians don’t know shyt and are fukkin dumb.” :mjlol:

It just didn’t hit with the general audience. Not enough Sci-fi nor enough comedy. Aside from my crew, no one was laughing much. I was laughing with the severed hand passing the window and everyone in the audience was quiet.
