And tell me why this Excel report wasn't pulled from Active Directory? It was pulled from the HR software-- aka its giving people's FULL NAME and active directory only catches first and last. Plus you got people who completed name changes, go by nicknames, or their name is so common I gotta sift thru a dozen folks, etc. I will NEVER shyt on the Excel World Championships again Forgive me Lord

I'd just import the excel into Power BI desktop and make the transformations there.
