Obviously game pass is some way shape or form is making money, it dosent take a degree in business management to come to that realization or even an article on twitter. The revenue is besides the point.

They basicly trashed (halo) their biggest franchise. Just shows the current state. All they care about is money and the causal fan base. All xbox is doing is selling our game catalog back to us at full price.

Y'all want to know how much game pass makes, then if it seems like its enough y'all want to know if it's profitable. Which is silly in itself because you can always make something appear more profitable depending on what you account for it with these huge companies that all dabble in the same overlapping field.

The x could team that designs and maintains it might not even be under the Xbox umbrella but the cloud services team at Microsoft, all of a sudden gamepass is now that many hundreds of millions more profitable.

Revenue is a far easier judge of things for the casual person. If revenue is high, great if it's low, not so great.

For such a simple concept you don't seem to understand it. PlayStation spends more than it makes on ever single console, you know the reason they can do that? Because there revenue is high therefore they might take a loss on that piece of hardware for a time and make it up in another area until they don't anymore.
