Your bonus is a range depending on your performance. Low to Standard performance = standard bonus e.g. what the article is about.

That is a failed target. Multiple of these will become an internal issue.

Major takeaway here is Xbox had high expectations for what Halo and Starfield would do for the subscription service.

Halo flop and Starfield being pushed back a year played a huge part, but MS still went forward with purchasing Activision blizzard.

It's clear the model going forward is to put "Seasonal" and "Service games" out to grow the service and maintain users. Being that it's already profitable without many major releases and a discounted price should mean the service is likely in a sustainable space with plenty of room for growth.
