I'm pretty sure anyone with an XB1 is thrilled with the direction they choose to go
I'd take all games at 900p and have the XB1 be the do everything system it is compared to PS4's capabilities
The fact it can do 1080p as well only means a fanboy would be upset about it and try to spin that into a negative

The fact that you think the PS4 can possibly output any meaningful games at 4K is the laughable thing here. Both these consoles are struggle boxes with one being a bit stronger than the other but both being weak overall. right now they're medium to high settings (not ultra or maxed out) on PC games and this is before Nvidia's Maxwell and AMD's Pirate Islands comes out. When the Xbox 360 came out it was better than current PC tech when these consoles came out they were equal to midrange graphics cards the year they were released.

1. focus on building the next console now
2. the next console should have the ability to play backwards compatible games from the 360 and the xbox one. period
3. focus on the processor, the internals, have dev's come in help you with making it easier to program for
4. no kinect or kinect optional
5. rebuild the goodwill between the core gamers you lost since mattrick fukked up with the drm shyt
6. dont hide popular apps such as netflix and youtube behind a paywall.
7. whoever buys the new xbox gets 1 free year of xbox live gold with free movie rentals through the in house xbox /msoft videos.
8. companion xbox app that works on all phone cariers like the playstation app is
9. little to no bugs/ no rrod...
10. fast lasers, processors, download speeds,
11. do not require the games to burn to hard drive make it optional. play games off disc if neccesary.
12. swappable hard drive, in this media app filled future having a 2tb hdd counts...
13. have microsoft games available for download early. give players options like the psn store...

The person that ran Xbox made a mistake. It happened and its over with. What do you suggest they do about it? Hop in their Delorean and go back in the past and fire people like Don Mattrick? Every dev jumped ship from nintendo and sega to sony out of choice.


Playstation became a smash because they released a system devs wanted to create games on.


Devs left nintendo because nintendo was known to strong arm everyone. Nintendo was notorious for their strong arm tactics. They used to tell stores if they carried sega they wouldnt allow them to sell nintendo products. And they used to tell devs they werent allowed to make games for other sustems. Thats why when sony came along devs were falling over eachother to make playstation games Just as a fukk you to nintendo. Squaresoft famously dumped nintendo because of the use of cartridges for 64.

Find me one article about sony strong arming devs during psx days.
