Looking at you own link there are plenty of non 1080p games including ufc and many of the games only run at 30fps, which is a far more important stat that your beloved 1080p.

I agree that PS4 games created by lazy 3rd parties tend to preform better on the budget gaming system. Namely due to the basic coding language needed to create games for the grill station. I think this is what allows inferior games to run so smoothly on the grillstation.

But again, if your most important issue with a game system is to run 1080p games, framerate be dammed, then the grillstation would be the system of choice. For truly fun exclusive gaming like titanfall, halo, ryse, and other amazing game piff, the XBOX ONE is the only gaming system true gamers should care about.

You do understand that to make games easier to develop for they went away from the Power PC architecture of the Xbox 360 and went to an x86 architecture on the Xbox One and for them to make the next console backwards compatible they'd have to build the old hardware into the new. This would drive up the cost of the system.



They're trying to do the first one of these now which is why the second one has already been done and has been done for months. They did that back in June and it's almost September and you're still suggesting they do it? It's also kinda hard to rebuild good will by moving on to your next console as fast as possible when you just put put new hardware less than a year ago.

The Xbox One smartglass app works on iOS, Android, and Windows phone. Works on your PC or laptop too. what are they missing here? Again you're suggesting they do something already done.

So what are you saying increase load times? Because that's what this suggestion would do. Blu-Ray disc are rather large and good for massive storage but not as great at read times and a HDD is way faster.

I would have loved to see how you would have navigated Sony though the first few years of PS3.

Are you serious a backwards compatible xbox one would have given me 90% incentive on buying it. Reguardless of the bullshyt. I have a massive 360 game collection it would be prudent of them to make it whereas i ddint need to buy remastered editions all for a money play. The millions of dollars of R&D and fukking software geniuses behind you and you dont wanna do it because it'll cost too much??? That's bullshyt. instead of focusing on that bullshyt kinect that should have been their first priority...

I'm not only recommending they shave off the load times, but let's be real when they said you cannot swap the hdd i thought that was bullshyt given the size of the new games they are 30-50gb's of data... if it's one thing i dont like it's erasing shyt i own off of my hard drive. They should have made the internals of the xbox one huge off the bat to compensate...

the only issue i see with it is them not believing what the devs say about what's best...if the dev says this is the best specs for our product on your system, you have to go with that cause it means the best for them/you/us....but ms doesnt want to keep looking bad in the eyes of gamers that only care about specs (fps, resolution)....they're scared they will fall victim to the bullshyt marketing of hd, 1080p, 60 fps, etc. that's been going on in gaming....if devs keep coming out saying 'our game runs at (whatever resolution/fps) on ps4 and runs at (a different whatever resolution/fps) on xbox1', that just makes the xbox1 look inferior to the ps4, which they dont want....cause that means less sales....
