Neither, Microsoft or Sony have announced CPU clock speed. Everyone is getting the 1.6 GHz number from the PS4/720 VG specs leak from back in January/February since all the other specs have been accurate.

You do realize that specs consist of a multitude of things. We don't know the majority of specs to be able to accurately speak on anything. Only a person who doesn't know a thing would even true. (or a person who knew everything,.. them too) The rest of us fall into neither of those categories but that hasn't stopped some of you

If the games look identical or better than ps4 games I could give a siiit what the clockspeed is

that should be a rhetorical/obvious question. but for some reason in a thread about underclocking, people act like clock speed is set in stone
