3 straight consoles with some sort of heat/hardware issue? Who is designing this shyt?
Looks like they weren't ready for what Sony announced and are going to rush the One out to the market in order not to fall too far behind in the sales department.

Yea, and the ocean is made of gasoline.so...is there anyone out there still foolish enough to waste their money on this piece of shiit? there's a huge difference between brand loyalty and flat out stupidity. microsoft has really dropped the ball time after time. i'm glad i got to enjoy my soft-modded xbox, cause they haven't put out anything worth owning since then. it's pretty sad that there is zero competition in this "war". i was hoping microsoft would at least be able to compete... instead they've just thrown themselves off of a cliff, into the ocean, while on fire.
yup. MS needs to delay this shyt, but of course they gonna put it out and try to overcompensate the One's inferiority with moneyhats and marketing.

Actually, it wouldn't surprise me if they delayed it to 2014. With the feedback it's gotten along with what appears to be the sentiment that the console just isn't ready... it would make sense.
But, MS is a software company first and foremost so, they'll more than likely treat this like they have with the 360. Release a buggy product and improve it as time goes on like OS updates and shyt.

the 3rd console is still being designed. dealing with these kind of tweaks moving from a 'dev kit' to the actual retail product is to be expected

Their model of business is still better for gaming going forward. I truly believe that. That said, as it was unknown to us all is how incompetent/behind/stupid they could have been as far as behind the scenes as far as preparation for 2013. That should have been a foregone conclusion, but it isn't with Microsoft seemingly stumbling around like a drunken bum when it comes to fabbing these parts again, that is the disheartening part. They've had the time, we all know that they have the money and it seems like they've dropped the ball again. Shame on them.
