I dont know breh. PS4 will be more powerful but at the same time most games might be ported from the X1 on to the PS4 with no fukks given about the looks or quality.

Now if the PS4 gets handle separately then

Developers want as much moeny on return as possible. As easy as ps4 is to develop for, this isnt possible.
