I see this coming a mile away brehs :patrice:.

The powers that be are shoving all these weirdo effeminate fukk boys down our throats(See:Chance The Plant).

Cats like Troy Ave, who would of been praised for keeping it real 10 years ago, are now getting hated on relentlessly.

You got threads calling Meek Millz trash, when in reality his content is damn near identical to all the legends we listened to growing up (Jay,Big,Wu,Pac,etc.) . Seems like nowadays if you dont fukking cry on records or talk bout how you were bullied these kids aint fukking with ya.

Its over brehs. The hood is gonna get phased out in 5 years. Then Black people as whole. First its gonna be Middle Class black Rap, Then its gonna be White Rap.

It was a good run brehs :wow:

Is this part of your posting schtick (average coli poster) in that your thoughts on this subject have been rehashed numerous times on here?

Always crying about about how rap is becoming more effeminate, you fakkits do more crying than the people you're criticizing for being emotional.

And I say this as a 33 year old upper to middle class Vietnamese man.

And Meek Millz sucks :umad:

White rap already took over just look at Macklemore and Mac miller. All that's left now is a white American female rapper to come out.

make a thread not knowing anything about the history of rap or hiphop, breh's.

with that said,...
hordes of middle class acts, or far from the innercity acts.
all made mad major contributions to rap.
this is not new....
it is just the new suburban or middle class act with traction.
went and hired a hardbody pr group to handle that.

before, those types of acts garnered exposure because they were actually skilled.
bringing a different style, perspective and skillbase to the pillars.

so, they garnered free pr, to make up a for their lack of permeation in the marketplace.

RAKIM : it ain't where you from,..it's where you're @

They arent transplants, nor is anyone pushing them, it's a reflection of black americans progressing into burbs. Places like LA where bloods and crips are pretty much dead, places like south central are now 80% hispanics, old boroughs in NY now being hipster spots.
It's not seen on the news, nor talked about, but black folks ARE 'moving on up'. many now living in suburbs and now rapping about 'that' life.

See nothing wrong with it, we're not all from the slums despite popular belief.....yes some of us are college educated and don't gun clap. 90% of people reading this aint never busted a grape, let alone a gun at someone. :pachaha:

It's not all doom & gloom, there's positive & negatives to this.

I would say middle class rap is not the future it's the present, got rappers from Harlem like Asap Rocky needing to adopt a soho aesthetic to get on. & don't listen to what these nikkas tell you, Harlem is not cac'd out, Rocky is not a real representation of present day Harlem.

the thing is back in the day street rappers could rap and genuinely loved to make music.

now these fukk boys just wanna rape the culture and put out shytty mixtapes every few months.

:birdman: "i represent the streets, my raps are all real life stories. nah i dont really write.. i just get in the booth and let the struggle talk for me."

nikka what? :what:

"i just cant get with these weirdo rappers, they take time to put out music, its like wheres ya hussle b? i put out at least 5 projects a year to feed the fans."

u wonder why they call u garbage :beli:

don't make good music and be confused by people not liking your raps brehs

Kendrick Lamar is the current poster child/messiah of rap because of his debut album about his life experiences in the hood.
