matter of fact....this wack beat is the pre cursor to that horrid church bell devil era of beats that DMX and Ja Rule rode to fame. fukk this type of beat.

im still trying to figure out how Snoop remade Ladidadi and it really felt like he brought back a old school classic but it was only 8 years old.

can a rapper remake a song from 2005 and it feel like a old school song?

the style had changed so much from 88 to 93 tho, you can't do it these days because the beats & rhyme styles haven't changed enough.

hip-hop advanced a lot in those 8 years. Ladidadi was "old school" 3 years after it came out

slick and dougie were advancing styles too. they came out and threw the human beat box (RIP) in the bushes. shyt moved fast back then. that shyt from last year was "wack"

u confused? THE ONLY 2 ALBUMS HE CAN LISTEN TO 3 TIMES IN A ROW ARE 2 EAST COAST OVERRATED ALBUMS

It's not really complicated. Illmatic is like under 40 mins, so listening twice is like listening to some full albums. MM is one of the best sequenced albums ever of any genre...shyt just flows from top to bottom like butter. There are a lot of classic albums out there, but due to length or sequencing I might not want to listen to it over again once its done.

This doesn't mean I have some "east coast bias" or whatever bullshyt u talking bout.

Crazy how okay east coast albums get compared to GREAT west coast albums. Even when they're clearly not as good

This was my zone out cut I used to bump after practice. On my first listen INSTANTLY became one of my favorite hip hop songs of all time.
