i showed Hereditary to both my sisters, my older sister didn't like it but my younger one did

it was at that point that i knew for sure my younger sister had better taste in horror flicks

I didn't go crazy for "Hereditary" like some people on here but the sequence after they leave the party....the pole....and then the aftermath was GOAT level. One of the best death scenes/reactions in history.

But still....when you think about all the tropes in horror and how certain shyt like zombies, slashers.....Japanese ghosts a few years ago, etc. get ran into the ground....hardly anyone uses cults. It's a gold mine for creepy shyt that's rarely used. It's weird honestly.
