The names that are being recycled :scust:

Mike Shanahan who is a career con artist. A horrific, arrogant, bum of a coach. The main reason why RG3's career is in shambles. He's allegedly being courted by the 49ers and Broncos :mjlol:

Kyle Shanahan a product of nepotism, I bet players laugh at him when he tries to "exert" his authority. Left Cleveland because he was trying to flex and act above his paygrade. He aint shyt :mjlol:

John Fox. One of the most risk averse coaches ever. Dude would be down 4 at the opponents 30 yard line and kick a FG with 2 mins left, and bet on his defense to get the ball back. Chicago wants him badly :beli:

Josh Mcdaniels. Damn near destroyed the Broncos in his 1.5 years there. Traded Marshall and Cutler. Rolled the dice on Kyle Orton. Beefed everyone in sight. Now he's a hot coaching commodity :what:

Rex Ryan. Disastrous last 3 years with the Jets. Snagged immediately by Buffalo.:heh:


Yet young, up and coming coaches like

Teryl Austin (Lions DC)

Todd Bowles (Cardinals DC)

Ray Horton (Last year Cardinals DC, this year Browns DC)

are just filling interview quotas. This league is a joke we know this already. But the casual institutional racism it exhibits goes beyond expected levels. Good enough to play but not good enough to coach huh.

And cacazoids have the nerve to criticize the Rooney Rule.

The last man to have the Raiders actually contending is garbage? The man that top coaches go to tampa in the offseason to watch film with is garbage? Fukk outta here.

And Rex Ryan went to back2back afc title gms with Mark Sanchez. If not for his weirdo cuckold fantasies, he probably woulda been even more in demand.

Fukk outta here, the gm is even easier from his standpoint. He had a top O w/ geezers in a period where u were actually allowed to play defense. I think he could be even better in today's league.

Get your head out of the 2000s with Gruden

Ask EVERY SINGLE EX TAMPA BAY player how much of a genius he was. This bum won with Dungy's roster and proceeded to beefing every QB he coached and missing the playoffs consistently save for 1 year (2005 when they were one and done with Chris Simms at QB)

As far as Rex Ryan he ain't done shyt since 2009-2010. 4 years of consistent disaster. How do you explain him getting snagged so quickly?

The only people in Tampa that had anything to say was Keyshawn who he made the 3rd or 4th option on O and Shaun King who he benched. Sapp and Brooks speak highly of him. John Gruden would be a top 5 coach in the league, u morons better recognize

Rex Ryan was sabotaged by management. His D is stil formidable and he's regarded as the best or 2nd best defensive mind in football
