i really don't understand how mike shanahan and his son are still getting work in the NFL like that, particularly after that run in DC with all the controversy.

i'd really like to see these DCs get a gig, and honestly, not only because they're black - bowles, pepper johnson, austin, horton, etc....just because they're new, fresh, successful. change the shyt up already, please.

it's crazy how rex just got that bills gig for 5yrs & $27MM outta nowhere when the bills have been destroying the jets lately. it's gotta be just because of his personality.
