I completely regret buying this on GMG like a year ago (:skip:). I can't even get a refund. This might be the worst game in my collection. Oh well, I think I got it for like $14, so not that bad of a loss :manny:

this was poorly organized and just a shytty mess. how the hell does the game's initial pitch/trailer look better than the finished product :mindblown:

all of this falls directly on management. their time developing video games is over.

never got on this whole kickstarter thing. what good, in any form of media, has come from crowd funded projects?

There's a lot of great games that have been crowdfunded. Places like kickstarter and indiegogo are perfect to get these passion products or games that would never get funded by AAA publishers. So you go straight to the people to show them that we want these games. Inafune obviously never gave a shyt about his fans to them this trash so its on him not kickstarter.

This is just a learning experience for people to do your research and not just put your money into some shiesty projects.

Oculus Rift

That shyt changed the game. Yeah, the Vive has better specs, but it learned all it's tricks from Oculus. Without Kickstarter we wouldn't have the VR experience we have today. PSVR too is a copy of all the tips and tricks Oculus figured out.

I actually fux with skullgirls, forgot about that after all the changes in publishers and whatnot. nothing else has even remotely piqued my interest. I get the purpose of crowdfunding, but to me it sounds like if I can't get actual publishers to see I have potential and support me financially, let me see if I can get people to give me their money and support me based on a promise and nothing else for months to years. 9 times out of 10 you can count me out

Well there are kickstarters that give updates hell this one did and let people know whats going on with the project. I feel you its a risk putting your money into something that may not come to fruition.

Kickstarter is a place to display your concept of what COULD be if things go through. I've seen kickstarters where things go through, the game is released and people are happy. I've also seen kickstarters where dudes run off with the money or project gets cancelled :yeshrug: shyt happens. Like I said earlier this is a learning experience to watch who you give your money to look into these people, look for a playable demo and not solely based on faith and hope.

Or you can just let other people fund stuff and wait for a proven product before spending anything yourself. I've never given to a project on that site but I've bought some after they were released.

Got my code in my email and DL'd on Steam, gonna check it out later.

I put $10 to this so I'm expecting $10 worth of greatness.
