- There are women who watch the NBA
- Women are underrepresented in sports media
- There are quite a few knowledgeable former and current WNBA players that can be analysts on ESPN during the NBA Season

Yes there are women who watch the NBA and men who watch the WNBA, more men watch both leagues than women, though.
No they aren't women are over represented compared to their interest in sports.
