The quotes in the OP came from another thread. Some dude originally made a thread complaining about millennials (but of course, it's okay when old nikkas complain), the quotes were just the response to what he said. The old nikka is the one who brought it all up in the first place.
Anything i say on here about entrepreneurship/black businesses is what i believe and do in real life, nikka. Don't talk about what you don't know. I've had my own for years. How many businesses do you have? How many black people do you employ?

with that. My granddaddy was born in the early 1900s and had 13 kids. He gave each one of them an acre of land that they used as collateral to get a loan to build a house. In fact 10 out of 13 still live on that land today. The depression era cats understood the value of self sufficiency, providing for themselves, and most importantly the need to sacrifice a little so the next generation can make gains.

Man too keep it 100 I would have went with something more specific like accounting, finance or even business law. But at least you can do that with your minor. If your goal is purely business admin I would say while in college get your CAPM, and then after your first couple of years at your job you can get your PMP. Project managers get it in bro. Now if you want to get in the banking world like on the investment thread. I would suggest you look into getting your series 7 and 63 I don't have that much info on that but I know it can at least get your foot in the door.
Make sure your become god at Microsoft excel and access because now a days a lot of entry level business analyze jobs want you to make charts and try out different forunilas for what if scenarios for thier department. Plus it's a great talking point when you do the first interview. Just make sure you really know it and don't fake it because they will call you out on it. At your college even some community ones they offer these trainings for free and also have the windows package free to update your laptop with.

True homie. Also want to add it ain't how you make your money (self employed or work for someone else). It is what do you do with your money that is the key.
It's not just older black folks. A majority of the people aged 50-70 y/o are weird as hell. Lots of major changes happened in their formative years, and i think lots of them never really knew what to make of it once everything was said and done. I think it's especially true for men in this age group though.

Acting like we squandered away something that was never there in the 1st place. None of these old nikkas talking shyt ever offered me or any other young nikkas a job or internship in their businesses, they don't even have any. No classes to offer. Nothing. Old nikkas should've been leading a long time ago but we accepted that they wouldn't and won't. All they do is wanna make sure not to upset Massa, clock out, shyt on young nikkas and tell stories about clothes they used to wear, cars they drove and bytches they fukked back in the day.
