I had a lot of options, but I didn't want any of that high tech stuff because I'm really not into it. That's what turned me off the Navy. The only thing I seriously considered was 68W and a few other 68 series jobs, and whatever 35L used to be back then. I think it was a 97B, or something like that. I like my job, you must have some kind of sense to do it. I'd say about 1/3 of our class failed out of AIT because they couldn't pass the national registry exam.
