I honestly don't have anything to contribute that hasn't already been said. Next thing you know studies will come out saying that breathing a certain type of way will result in an increase likelihood of lung cancer....I drink a cup of milk mixed in with two scoops of my Platinum O.N. Cookies N' Cream Overdrive almost every day and only get an upset stomach if I haven't eaten for a long ass time, (e.g. a half a day or more). Other than that...its common knowledge that everything needs to come in moderation.
