Thats like 90% of what I drink.

And I try not to drink fruit juice unless its certified 100% actual fruit juice not from concentrate OR eat the actual fruit itself.

I mainly drink water. I can't drink regular milk, it's nasty to me. But I love almond milk, & coconutmilk.
I think I've had soda maybe 2-3 times this year.

I run alot and workout. the Gatorade puts back some of what I'm losing. But I got hard with the 50oz water bottles at about 2x a day.
