US Government can't take out trade programs in high schools, take out culinary, nursing, etc and expect the general population to be skilled workers
The same Obama sat there promoting Bachelor and Master degrees for everyone, while manufacturing jobs decrease, and trade schools receive lower enrollment

Employers aren't going to pay higher wages for a population that has decreased in skills
