Why should someone be inconvenienced due to price gouging? Why be forced to make a tougher commute? Why should they also be stuck in perpetual renting and locked out of home ownership if that's a goal?
We/They shouldn't, but how much time has passed with no reprieve insight. At this point it's either get down or lay down, and until you or your government does something about it; I'm going to adapt to get what I need instead of living in squalor waiting for someone to fix it.
This system ain't it and it's okay to call it out instead of suggesting everyone fall in line or live in the Bumblefukk towns to make due.
Let them know what you proclaim then.

It's either tell homeless people they cant stay on the street, so mention to them homeless places they can go to to clean themselves up with drug rehab, basic necessity, clean clothes, meetings, job apps. Or just tell them luck ain't on their side, one day it'll maybe get better, that's what you sound like right now.

So then those people shouldn't bytch about prices of housing being too much, you adapt. Live 4 people to one home, or sleep on the street. Imagine complaining that you cant afford to live in a home dolo in NY, even though you can easily manage to do so 1 hour away :mjlol:
This is stupid.

That's nowhere near what I sound like right now. You came in here to defend your region. Cool.

Yes, they should, because it costs too much and everyone should not be relegated to living an hour away from a city to possibly afford living or else live with 4 people.

And no, the difference between affording a home in and out of NYC isn't just an hour away.

While there are buildings buildings of empty units. People talking, well go live somewhere with less resources and less community. yeah aight.

Y'all thought The Real World: New York was just reality TV.. :mjlol:

I feel like most people have had that dose of reality where they get the living situation they've always wanted but realize its not sustainable.
