From what I see the Asian officer won't lose his certification and be eligible for reinstatement. Like it or not unless there's some type of conspiracy evidence.

One of my homies who is an attorney said that it’s actually good that it’s not first degree, because those charges are a huge risk (often acquitted). You have to have undeniable proof of intent of murder, otherwise it’s no dice.
