Why would you think shooting unarmed ppl is okay at all? You shouldn't shoot them at all + there have been deaths without shooting, such as George Floyd. This gets brought up every time that they need to be trained better, that is a small part of the problem, the main issue is the lack of accountability, just look at how the union responded to how the police officers have been treating these protesters.

What training did the officer need when he refused to get up off George Floyd or the other 3 who stood and watched? Anyone with common sense would know that a person begging he can't breathe, cant breathe. When you put this on training you are making it out to be an accident and not intentional.

Why are they able to detain mass shooters with guns so peacefully but struggle when it comes to black people? Were they only trained 50%? This is a racism issue and an issue of accountability, these officers know they can get away with it and that is why they continue to do so, not because they are not trained properly to handle these situations.

A mass killer should not be treated better than someone forging a bill.
