If I were the Timberwolves GM I wouldn't make this trade but I definitely would have to think hard about it. Kevin Love is that dude and is a baller but he's the second or third best player on a contender at best.

Wolves need to bring back who they have & hope they stay reasonably healthy before trying to trade Love. They got some nice pieces they just couldn't get them all on the floor together.

I think Love will wanna stick around once they start winning games & actually competing for playoff spots :manny:

To me; this I'd a make it or break it season for Love as an elite player...

After how last season went he needs to be living in the gym and doing everything he can to have the best season of his career. He should be crazy motivated

A little off topic, and someone correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't Love have beef with Kahn? I figured the T'wolves not picking up Kahn's option was in part an attempt to appease Love( in addition to Kahn being mediocre) and a sign the wolves are adamant in trying to keep Love.

I thought it was because he drafted Flynn instead of Curry and Wesley Johnson instead of Cousins or Paul George and then there's Derrick Williams :snoop:

It took a minute for this to settle in on me but how the hell could the Twolves turn down this package it would allowed them to start D Williams have Thompson as the energy big gave Rubio either a solid backcourt mate or 6th man and with the number 1 they could of went multiple ways. And then they would of had the 9th pick. :ohhh:

That was a really good haul for K Love who may or may not leave them.

This. Kevin when healthy is borderline elite, but he may not be a good for Sota as constituted. I would trade him to Boston for Jeff Green KG and their 1st rounder.
