This is a bit of a misleading post. Hernandez was 27 when he died and it's rare that 27 year olds get their brains checked for CTE.
That being said I'm not surprised he had it, but it's a bit heavy handed to try and throw in the implication that CTE was responsible for his behavior.
To be fair, he did say documented case. Very well could have been many others who have had it infinitely worse than Hernandez, we just don't know.
And from what we have seen from other suicide cases that had CTE, its not all that far fetched to believe head trauma (possibly before even football, maybe fighting and getting knocked out initially caused it) was the reason for his aggressive nature. Not absolving of course but, trying to be more objective.
Hoping Griffen isn't truly already suffering from this shyt though.
