It kind of irks me how they'll rally behind the subpar players. Jason Collins, Michael Sam, and now possibly this guy.

Because any superstar player with common sense knows that coming out of the closet would ruin everything they've built. It's honestly better just to stay quiet and do you behind closed doors and take care of everything else on the field.
