Give siakam 20 shot attempts per game and he'd average 25pts.
Pascal sounds like the logical choice.
Some people may choose dangelo because he became an all star.
I would go with pascal.

I’m going with Scal. He’s been consistent from game 1 till now. Dlo is my guy, obviously, but there were times he didn’t even close games. If Caris Levert didn’t injure his leg in November, things would probably be different for Dlo, probably wouldn’t have made the All Star game. Gotta give it to Scal this year.

Also went from being the 6th man on a garbage squad averaging 13 a game to a starter on a solid team averaging 20. Buddy's growth has been great to watch.

I drafted him in all of my fantasy leagues bc I predicted his breakout before the season
D-Lo had star potential from the rip. No one expected Siakam to ball like this. He was even the 7th man last season. He basically went from 8th man to the 2nd best player on the Raptors.

Pascal has beat the Bucks and GSW without Kawhi and both were very convincing victories. Don’t sleep on him.
Ultimately this debate hinges on whether you value whose team improved more, who has to carry to most load or who actually improved more individually as a player. Whatever you value most will determine who you think will win. I think DLo will even but I think Pascal improved more, but that’s because he started with a much lower floor individually but had the better team. On the other hand, Russell had the worst team but a higher floor.
Based on how I value the award, I’d give it to Pascal but DLo will win it.
