Why dont they put HBCU's up North and The West? You'll get lot more funding, brighter students, better athletes, more recognition etc.

I'd expect the child labor stuff to spread beyond the south too. Basically destroying kids' future for cheap, short term labor and spinning it as freedom. Graduating from HS is one of the most important indicators for future success. If you can graduate HS you can go to college and improve your life significantly. If you get stuck in physical labor in your teenage years, you're probably not going to have a great life...
The other aspect of this is anti-education propaganda coming from white and black demographics. On the white side there's the argument that college is a female driven liberal oasis with no real life application. On the black side there's the argument that degrees don't matter and everyone should just magically open a business instead. Both sides are stupid as fukk of course. Meanwhile Asians and Hispanics are heading to universities in droves. That's not gonna work out well for us in the long term. Specifically black men, who are lagging black women's college enrollment despite incarceration rates being lower now.
The future is basically a lot of white and black men in physical labor positions (or the military) while other demographics take higher paying jobs and political positions. And laws like this are paving the way to exploit us as effectively as possible. Damn shame that so many of us are going along with the plan like nothing is wrong.
