This doesn't work. A southern school I went to had this rule. The majority of staff were white and kids were poor and black. One of my friend's little sister got worked while waiting for the bus after school because she was cutting up in line. That never set right with me.

The principal gave me an option after a fight to take the paddling or a suspension. I took that two day vacation and watched the planes crash into the twin towers on live news.
