I mean, the production is dope and experimental in the right way, but calling this a classic?
......I dunno. I've never been able to sit through this one. I cut it off after slogging through 2 or 3 tracks

Album is definitely a classic!
This is Missy and Tim, both in their prime. I still listen to this project all the time.
Her first two albums never left heavy rotation. Production was CRAZY on both.

This album dropped and really brought the Timbaland sound to Hip Hop. It was an alternative to the Shiny Suit/Jiggy sound. A complete shift. And it is arguable that Missy's impact and influence in 1997 and 1998 rivaled Puff's. I mean all of these songs ruled the airwaves:

They(I credit Timothy a bit more)changed the Game heavy(think of that Busta Song wit Janet) into R&B & Rap(Vol 2 & 3,Welcome and Tims Bio),its why I have Tim in my Top 5
