If I were to straight up say I only like mixed women with light skin and long hair, all these SAME problack people saying "kumbaya, we are all one. NUTS AND BERRIES" would be talking about how I'm black woman bashing.... but wait. Two seconds ago you said a bytch as light as Mariah Carey was 100% black.

Then when every black man fukks only light skinned women and not dark skinned women you same problack people will be talking about how they are "self hating c00ns." And they hate their mothers. All that other dumb shyt.... but wait. There's more. Black women get mad at black men for going to Brazil, Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic to fukk the Latinas down there. Wait... they still have black African blood in them right? So why get mad at that? I thought anyone with black blood was 100% black..... up until it comes to dark skinned black women not being picked over light skinned women, biracial women and Afro-Latina women. Then that becomes self hating.

If you want to embrace the one blood drop rule then be consistent. Don't have Halle Berry be black when she's dating a white man but when she dates a black man she becomes that biracial, light skinned, damn near white bytch who is "stealin all yo gud men".

There is a scientific component to "race."

"Blacks" have dark skin, curlier hair, and certain features because it is genetic. There are genetic haplo groups that give us our specific appearence.

Try debating that as something that's "socially" defined.

Depending on your intent, you can group, and catagorize people according to "race" but there is a point where it becomes social/political. It only becomes sketchy and extremely questionable when you start ascribing people's individual abilities and behaviors to their genes.

Nope. First every country has its own definition of what is considered "black" and what isn't. The US is basically the ONLY country with this debate. In Brazil, and Nigeria, none of the people that you mentioned would be considered "black." Second, I don't care what politics say--science says otherwise. And science says that they are a product of two distinct genetic ancestral lines.

Science says that black genes dominate the gene pool. We just have to agree to disagree on this 1. Again society at large sees mixed people as black. There's no way around it. The world sees barack obama as the 1st black president. End of story

If "society" woke up tomorrow and called you chinese, would that mean you were genetically of ethnic chinese ancestry? Of course not. That's how ridiculous it is. I am extremely close with my with my mom who is white and we have had the discussion numerous times that I don't identify with her at all and she complete understands this. She has seen my experiences since I was a small kid. She remembers every single time some one was confused by our relationship not being able to fathom that a white women was my mother. She saw me experience racism as a small child to a grown man, the exact same racism as my other black friends. My experience in life has been that of a black man no one ever refers to me as the mixed guy in my all white college, it was always the black guy. So who the fukk are you to tell me what I am? and who to identify with?

2. Mixed people of all combinations always pick a side that they tend to identify with more than the other. Half Black people really don't have a choice but to be Black because thats how society will see them. Society takes the choice out of their hands.
