old man zen for sure was a blessing to mj's career

but he wasn't all in from the door zen had to show his way worked

mj's antagonistic relationships with his teammates were not a plus

they were fortunate to have a coach & other vets that were capable of managing & mitigating the damage done to team dynamics/chemistry

it's true bron is the system though that's facts

like i said he was the only real golden.ticket.player.

drop him on any squad they became contenders

Can't argue with you there breh. In my mind that's what makes LeBron so amazing, dude never played for a great college coach, never played for a great NBA coach (Spoelstra is arguably great now), yet his bb IQ is so high. In LeBron's prime you can just give him the ball and he can easily get a team 50 plus wins.

If Jordan adopted the mindset of LeBron where he didn't want to overcome competition simply stack the decks out talent the rest and and remove "we have enough" then Jordan would have had a unprecedented run on the league comparable to no one. Imagine if Jordan got in the back and recruited his boys barkley and Ewing to the bulls? Imagine if after Jordan lost to the magic in 95 he went and joined Hakeem in Houston? Instead Jordan continued to believe he had enough to win and only added basically journey men and guys half way out the league to the bulls roster and won 6 titles with that. Sorry Jordan is the goat

I'm not impressed with numbers in a nba2k league. Westbrook proves those numbers don't mean shyt. I'm sorry if we dealing in a hypothetical I'm taking a Jordan led team over a LeBron led team any day of the year. Hell I'm taking a bird, magic, kobe Duncan Shaq led team over a LeBron led team. That doesn't mean LeBron not a all time great but the very fact you all have to fight so hard to make that true proves he is not. Nobody had to fight to crown Jordan over his peers.
You’re right Scottie pippen & 36 y/o Rodman compare to kyrie,love,Bosh,wade & AD

that’s 5 all star players pre Lebron fukk are you talking about:what:
How ya'll Jordan fans oldheads but have no memory or understanding of history? The Bulls had seven lottery picks in Jordan's first five seasons. That's seven opportunities to draft bonafide talent before Jordan even entered his prime. They selected Hoarce Grant and Scottie Pippen in one draft. Lebron's Cavs had one lottery pick in his first 8 seasons and they drafted some cac named Luke Jackson. :mjlol:

Jordan played with another top 10 player on one of the deepest squads in the league for his entire prime. He faced teams like the Ewing-led Knicks, Drexler-led Blazers, Payton-led Sonics, and the Miller-led Pacers with a top 10 running mate by his side. Bron spent half his career in Cleveland playing with bums that Jordan would have been punching in practice and only four seasons with Wade and Bosh, two full seasons with Kyrie, one full season with AD (when he was 35). His competition was teams with multiple HOFers. shyt isn't even comparable. Jordan's team won nearly 60 games in 1994 with some bum from the italian league replacing him :dead:

pippen was the only all star jordan played with & that was for 5 of the 13 years jordan was on the bulls. Lebron played with 5 different all star players on 3 different teams gtfoh with this non sense clown

Bad metaphor.

If we're gonna use the test metaphor, it would be like if Jordan got a 100% on all the questions he answered, but he left some blank (retirements). He was so good on the ones he answered, though, that got a 99% overall on the test anyway.

Bron, on the other hand, answered every single question well and left none blank, but never reached the peak of Jordan's good answers. He still got a 80% on the test.

Keep in mind I think MJ is #1 overall still. But Bron solidifying himself as the #2 is all but set in stone at this point. Y'all are gonna have to deal with that whether you like it or not :lolbron:

Ultimately the argument between MJ and Bron will be peak (best version) vs longevity (length of greatness) and how you weigh them in the GOAT debate.

At Bron's peak he was better than any other player ever besides Peak Jordan and Peak Wilt.

But in terms of longevity he has passed both of them.

How you weigh that is up to you. I find that the Coli has a major bias for peak when evaluating players.

Since like '88, people had Kareem at no worse than third all time mainly on the strength of his longevity. Bron is surpassing even him now. That's why he can't be lower than #2 at this point, IMO :yeshrug:

This is the truth
