Get fukk outta with this bs man, I was Ranger fan back when they were straight :trash: and living in NJ when the Devils were cup contenders and I could've easily been a Devils fan instead. I stuck by then every year they kept acquiring washed FA (old ass Messier, Lindros, Holik, Bure in trade, etc) and were constantly finishing 10th-12th place in the East. Lockout was probably the best thing to happen for the Rangers as they finally started to develop young talent like Lundqvist, Dubinsky, Callahan, Girardi, and Staal and Rangers started winning. But recently Sather has been trading away picks like its nothing for old ass MSL and for Yandle like giving up a good young prospect in Duclair. Anybody knows the Rangers history that they haven't developed a star forward in decades, not saying Duclair is gonna be one, but he had potential to be and you are seeing it now. My apathy towards the team has to do with them not realizing the roster isn't good enough to win a cup, they can prove me wrong but it will take superman effort from Lundqvist and just don't see it.

Pretty meh so far. Got knocked down to 4th line duty from being on Malkin's wing real quick. Got healthy scratched for the game they won against Ottawa, but then got his first point on Saturday against the Leafs. He's pretty clearly still adopting to the North American game; for instance, he's not moving his feet nearly as much as he should be yet. But the whole team is borderline dogshyt right now so it's kinda hard to pass judgment yet.
