First thread, brehs.
Have two things I wanted to discuss. Two major things will be happening in my home state on Jan. 1st, 2017:
-MO will become a "constitutional carry" state, meaning people over the age of 21 can conceal carry without a permit (although you can still get a permit.)
"Stand your ground" type rules went into effect Oct. 14th.
-Also, any student who gets into a fight in school can be charged with 3rd degree assault, which on Jan. 3rd will be considered a Class E felony, punishable by up to four years' in prison. There is currently no age restrictions on this statute. Imagine a fifth-grader with a felony on his record.
