Envy's definitely the weak link. He always harping on some dumb ass shyt and ends up getting checked by damn near anybody that comes up there.

I was about to say Envy is the weak link in my prior post, but I think you need to have one person asking normal/bland questions to open the interviewee up. Plus he sets himself up to be a punching bag, the interviewees enjoy checking him because it makes them feel more comfortable. Angela's sneakiness would be more obvious if it was just her and Char asking questions back and forth. Also you have to think a lot of the people who come on the show respect Envy because they have some history with him. Dude has some stripes in the music game, he's not just an on-air personality. So really there is no weak link because they work so well as a team. Look at the ridiculous mess that is the Hot 97 morning show. They don't work together very well at all.

Yo, I caught that interview P was mad about and Envy deserved that sh*t. He was asking questions like "so the pic of Prodigy wearing the tu-tu...rumor has it you're the one that gave that to Jay-z"....He knows P and knows damn well he didn't have on a tu tu. The pic is googleable. Envy was just trying to be funny then he b1tched up and tried to act innocent in front of P. I'm glad p checked that.

Not mad at Envy for pressing P on the reasoning for continuously playing up the "rah rah" element of his life. P's a grown a$$ man... C'mon dog. Bosses ain't trying to really be around that element anymore or even play it up. You don't put in work to still be in the trenches constantly or to have to verify how thorough you are. At this point, your rep should precede you.

And you don't see Hav talking about that all the time. Almost like Hav was over there thinking, "Here he go with this shyt again."

I thought at one point Hav said he tried to cut back. I recall him saying that he noticed his delivery was sharper and enunciation crisper when he fell back on the drink. I think it was during the making of MM.
