Which is why I respect Mega not being on the album, and I respect Mega's statement of support. I don't like posthumous records where a bunch of dudes who had beef with the dead artist get slapped on the album. Or artists they didn't fukk with. They had issues...if P was alive it's pretty safe to assume Mega still wouldn't be on the album lol. It's fine. Respect the dead.

Yea I get it. Keep in mind Nas and Prodigy had issues before he passed too but Nas let it go and paid homage on Queensbridge Politics.

Why wouldn’t P’s estate want him on the album? Is it because of Lake or some other reason?
Cormega's crew is responsible for P getting jumped multiple times. He refused to let them extort him and it led to multiple conflicts, most notoriously them setting him up and sucker punching him while Mega was sitting right there while it happened. Shyt they're the reason he became paranoid and was driving around with guns, which led to his jail stint to begin with. Havoc wasn't doing him any favors either.

Mega also lost extra points because he was all rah rah about people defacing the P murals, until it was revealed that it was on the order of Worm. Mega immediately took the posts down and when questioned during his IG live refused to comment on it.

I coulda swore P had no issues with Nas when he died, but I could be wrong. Thought I saw an interview after the Albert Einstein album where P said they're cool.

Nas didn’t like what Prodigy said about him in the book and there was tension there for a minute. They met up once and it was peace but Nas said they needed more time to build but P passed before they could all the way make amends.

Im still trynna figure out wtf is going on in that taj mahal outro

it sounds like ALC laid some synths and instruments in key with the sample but then it fades out into some other violin shyt that theres no way he could have put together himself. he fukked us up with that one.

even the mobb against the world track, im trynna figure out if the horns are from the same vocal sample, it dont sound like it.

this is the shyt mass appeal been missing. hip hop EXCELLENCE, no microwave productions.

Rae came with some swizz beats shyt and Ghost came through with some ultimate break beats

Just pre-ordered the vinyl, haven't been this excited about a hip hop album in a long time.

I was just playing the bonus disc on Free Agents while I had a heavy bag session earlier, that was such a dope little compilation.

Mobb and Dilated :wow:

This was my favourite from the bonus disk. I remember copping that free agents shyt for extortionate money in hmv... It was actually the most value for money Cd I ever bought.

Many nights walked home from school in the rain with my Walkman in my blazer pocket listening to this joint
