Yeah but his post wasn't that bad. In his opinion (based on the evidence we know) he's assuming his guilt and happy to see him get arrested. That's just an opinion. If his opinion is that he's guilty, why would he not want to see him get arrested?

And of course his opinion doesn't mean anything legally, and it holds no weight legally. It's just an opinion.
