I don’t know how it feels to work for a company for almost 20 years, then doing the same thing for 10 years. I almost got depressed working for a company and doing the same shyt for 3 years.

Perhaps she just woke up, and felt that she wanted to do something else than hosting first take before she’s like 50.
Yup same shyt happened to me. I was one of the top performers, even known directly by the CEO. I asked two different managers (who I believe are MAGA as hell) what it would take to get a promotion and was laughed at and one said I need to make friends higher up. At that point bounced for a 12K raise.

This is a farfetched take. Molly knows the reality of the sports landscape and ESPN right now. They are not giving out new shows, and they certainly ain’t betting on a woman to lead a new show (minus giving the wnba squad a spot), and outside of the 4-6 names they overwork, no one is getting a big pay raise. People can want to do other stuff without their being big drama.
Mehhh Elle Duncan got her own Youtube TV show and even the talent that didn't get big pay raises got other gigs added to their contract that would give them higher notoriety.

They had Malika and that white chick from NFL Live doing GMA appearances, so it's not like they couldn't do the same for Molly.

They just give her as a moderator and nothing more.

If you watch this clip from his show, he keeps saying he’s not talking about Molly but then he says things may apply to Molly, etc.

I’m gonna guess that Molly’s contract is up, she wanted big money to renew because she’s been part of the show for a decade and along the successful ride SAS brags about all the time…and when the show is promoted it’s always SAS and Molly in the images.

Molly probably wanted big money since SAS got a massive raise, ESPN maybe gave her a max number and she said fukk that I’ll just leave right now then.

So SAS is going on and on about not ruining relationships and your name in the biz, not having leverage, being realistic about your demands, not leaving what you have because the grass might not be greener, etc. It’s obvious a lot of this pertains to Molly.

People really don't understand this.

If she was ambitious enough to work her way to a job at ESPN, she definitely wants to do more than just be a host for First Take.

I'm honestly dealing with the same thing in my life right now. I feel like I'm only doing 25% of what I'm capable of but most people would look at my life and say I have it made, meawhile I want to work and do more but my job won't allow me to.
