They talking about they can waive a charge, no problem . But if it 1 waiver for 1 crime, then Im gone need like 5 waivers for each felony. It's a wrap for me breh . I wanted to go AirForce sooo bad

and the cold part is , they prolly cant even see em if they juvenile ... but when I be upfront , they gone show me out the door. Cant win

I don’t want to tell you to do the wrong thing...But the charges you had as a minor fukk em...What chargers do you have as an adult. Place a waiver for that...And never ever ever put in for a TS-SCI without having a security clearance lawyer.

:ohhh: I had only one charge as an adult and its what i got kicced out of school for. .. Petty Misdemeanor for Possession of Marijuana . Now I heard, they dont do waivers for drugs but I had my medical card . I was just in New Mexico and not Cali with it .
I'm fasho gone give it a try anyways. Maybe I can get a waiver

edit : i got this from a site

"An applicant's history plays a large role in whether or not they are eligible to join the United States Army. It's important to note here that federal law requires applicants to divulge all criminal history on recruiting applications, including expunged, sealed, or juvenile records. Additionally, in most states, such records are accessible to military investigators."

That is correct...However in the guard the NGB has the authority to waiver it. Active duty is federal guided by USC. But the states can damn near do what it is they chose to do...

And once you get into the door with the guard and get an MOS give them some time you can request a release to go active duty...You will already be trained and cleared. On your SF86 which is where it requires your information For security clearance and all of that I’m positive it says list crimes within the past 10 years...And it’s another section saying list times you were arrested. You can bring that up but It’s not an instant DQ. Just be detailed and up front with it.

It’s generally easier to get into the guard. Also assuming the age range remember active duty likes their recruits younger anyway.

Just read the investigation report. SMH....so I'm not sure why he killed her. If it was sexual assault or harrassment then he would have gotten kicked out of the Army. Instead his dumb ass murders her. shyt is sickening and sad.

Because many of them have an inflated sense of importance and crazy egos.

Not ALL NCO’s mind you but enough of them.
Can you breakdown the difference between Enlisted people who just go right after high school, vs NCO? NCO just represents a higher level of rank?

I would guess that he tried to rape her and failed. Or he was tired of her rejecting his advances etc. She was a beautiful young lady, so i'm sure that ugly ass nikka ain't have a chance. Hope he rots in hell.

No way this was about covering up adultery... Soldiers and officers wives and daughters were getting banged out on a daily basis. Wives were all up in the NCO club for the world to see when there husbands hit the field. This was so explicit and common no one would bat an eye.
Do officers smash enlisted soldiers

NCO is a Non Commissioned Officer. You can rank up to NCO from enlisted. An NCO is anyone E5 (Sergeant) and up.

A “regular” enlisted is anyone E1 (PVT) to E4 (Specialist and/or Corporal)
