that would be the approach i would take, but im about to take a risk professionally and I may be in a money bind in a year or too. ​

It is the parents burden to assist the child esp if they did not teach the child how to do for self

Not really. If her credit is already bad, she has nothing to lose if the goes bad but if his credit is good then this could ruin it. and it will take a long time for him to recover from it. You have to think of yourself.
