One can argue that cops are necessary to society, and having black cops helps with the checks and balances within the criminal justice system. One can also argue that anyone who signs up for this necessary role, is a “c00n” for wanting to willfully arrest other black people.
I can say “We need bus drivers” AND “bus driving is a bum ass job” and be correct in both statements. An argument could be made that black cops are c00ns, but that there still needs to be black cops.

Y’all don’t understand. Yes it’s not a pretty thing to say/admit but it is actually 10000% true. You cannot help others if you can’t help yourself!!
Go to any city with even a small Jewish community and they will have an organization called Jewish family services or something like that. They have all kinds of programs designed to help poor Jewish people (some of them help anyone) get ahead.
If you can’t afford a car they will set you up so that for instance if you can save X amount they will match it, or double/triple it.
If you want to go back to school they’ll help you pay.
If you want to start a business they’ll help you with initial investment. One of my best friends growing up - one of her girls who wasn’t even Jewish, went to them and they paid for her cosmetology school, then when she finished they helped her buy all of the equipment needed to run a small salon. Business still going strong after 13 years.
It’s fukkd up but we need rich people to get ahead. The govt isn’t going to be there for us.

But real talk, we can’t blame any black person for acting like that considering that less than a few generations ago this country didn’t even treat black people as citizens. How can we complain about police brutality if we're fine with only cacs policing us? Do you see how silly and immature that thought is?
I didn't for a while, and while debating with cacs concerning Mike Brown it went right over my head when they would suggest, if we don't like how they police us to police ourselves then.
