Let's be real Monta Ellis is one of the most overrated players in the NBA and teams are starting to realize that. The Golden State Warriors did that they had to do to get a big man and while Bogut is fragile, even a hobbled Bogut is better than half the centers in the League, they could sit Bogut for the rest of the season and still be no worse than a 5 or 6 seed.

Yes but your team needed an overrated Center more than an overrated Monta Ellis and Stephen Curry who damn near cancel each other out, and the entire team played bad defense last night, it was just a poor defensive effort from every one, without Bogut you would score 110 points a game and the other team scores 120. Bogut at worst is a solid place holder until you find that answer.

Warriors wanted Monte out of town. Bogut was a player that Milwaukee was willing to part with and the Warriors took a shot on a player coming back from microfracture surgery. Its looking like it wont work and he will be gone in a year or two. At least they got rid of Monte max deal.
