At the end of the day, what I've gone back and realized when I started paying attention at the grassroots, hosting events and shyt is that people get their politics from those around them. I had forgotten that. All this shyt we're reading and the way we understand it doesn't resonate. You need someone from their community that they cannot villainize who can personalize a race. The Cowboy is as good as it gets for Montana but you still have to battle all the shyt they hear around them. And it has to be constant. You have to knock on doors and shyt. Now of course, all of this could be combated by a legitimate effort to convince young nikkas to vote (automatic registration, national holiday, mail-in ballots, etc).
