On paper the pelicans look like they should be much better than their record indicates. Gentry wanted to have a run and gun offense and their roster is not currently structured to do so. Plus, he wanted A.D. to shoot threes which made no sense because he's one of the most dominant big men in the league in the paint. I think they need a change of strategy, a point guard that can run the show, and A.D. has to stay healthy and forget about shooting 3's.
