excellent response, if you got a woman pregnant and couldn't support the child, she would have to lean on the government for resources to assist her in raising your b*stard child, wild animals have no such luxury. this is either true or false.

I don't have any kids yet but when the time comes I have every intention to be in my kids lives as well as marrying the woman who will have my kids, but I see you're letting out your real feelings of Black people in this thread.
Carry on :mjpls:

what are your feelings on Black children who are born into abject poverty because of their parent's recklessness?

Seems like the only time many of you have an opinion is when it's about someone else's opinion.

Workplaces in the 60's/70's didn't reflect this trend. What I am saying is that because of all the shyt that has transpired since 1980, those men you speak of have gone to college, while for the rest of black men, college graduation rates continue to be nominal at best. I guess what I am trying to say is that its hard to hire non-gay black men if they aren't putting in applications... They aren't hiring unqualified gay black men :francis: Gay black men traditionally earn higher wages; is it them earning more or them by and large not having to worry about supporting a family with their salary?
do you have anything to back up what you're saying or are you just going off the dome because where are you getting this notion that gay black men are somehow in a better state to go to college and its heterosexual men that are falling behind? Most black men aren't gay, there is no shortage of straight black men putting in applications, these are people favoring one over the other like they favor other races. If theres some sort of shortage of straight black men that isn't also correlated to gay black men then that would still mean they were deliberately putting away straight black men.

And i dont even know what that last part is about. Gay black men are favored more when going for higher pay. Look this stuff up and stop just spouting things you think sound good from your head

From The Westside With Love
The Wire is the exception not the rule, breh. :manny:

Some nikkas is gay and if they want to make a film then whats the issue. And Toxic Masculinity isn't code for "straight nikkas" its code for "nikkas who posture so much that they feel the need to validate themselves by not giving a fukk about women".

The Coli blows my mind with how much you all actually don't know anything.

I have no desire to see the film one way or the other though :manny:

Who said it was?

The Wire just happens to be a critically acclaimed, well known TV series....that existed 10+ years before this movie.

This movie aint exactly groundbreaking...nor are the dog whistle antics being employed.

Be patient. The Black counter-culture counter-revolution will commence shortly. They've pushed too hard and become too blatant for people not to see what's going on. But it's good they've shown their cards, harder to argue that people are making this up for shyts and giggles.

Nothing about the conditions that'll force a man to teach his son that crying won't be acceptable outside of his home, so don't expect it fly inside?

My father was straight up told as a child; don't expect me (his father) to hug you, the white man ain't gonna hug you.

Meanwhile, the discussion of masculinity is basically a social one, where black men are just big meanies who need to soften up on women and homosexual. But, we forget; they were killing black boys for being playful, if it meant communicating with white people.

They were demanding black MEN, hold their head down and not even make eye contact with a white BOY.

That same grandfather, was a man tortured by the American South enough to have to move his entire family.

So, excuse my grandpa (and other men like him) for trying to insulate/prepare his son (my father) from this wicked world.

We look at masculinity in a vacuum and makes people engaging in the discussion sound like teenagers arguing about what happens at their respective schools and what doesn't. Just another form of (another PC/SJW/liberal term) victim blaming.

Meanwhile; Dylan Roof and James Holmes are looked at with sympathy in the face of their aggressive actions of mass murder.

Michael Brown's death is looked at as his "fault" BECAUSE of his alleged aggressive behavior (ie Darren Wilson expects us to believe Mike was running at him through bullets).

Black men HAVE TO BE "tougher" to survive in this motherfukka. And we get blamed for it.

Amen!!!!! We live in a cold ruthless world. There isn't time to bytch around and "express your feelings!" fukk all that shyt. In this world the strong survive and the weak get crushed. We black people have enemies within and without. This toxic masculinity is a bunch of bs that sociology majors made up. It sounds mad dumb.

I watched the movie. Technically, it's well done. Well acted. I dont see how it broke new ground in depicting "vulnerable Black men."
Anyone whose my age saw Antoine Fisher and Omar from the Wire a decade ago.
Anything pushed by White progressives is instantly suspect to me, those people have nothing but disdain for straight Black males.
