It is stupid. In 50 years, hispanics will practically control the western half of the country...from California to Texas. Why on Earth wouldn't you want that for Blacks? Most of our population is consolidated in southern cities....Charlotte, Atlanta, Memphis, Jacksonville, Dallas, New Orleans, Birmingham. If our population grew like hispanics, we'd be the majority in the South. Cacs would have to go though us to get elected I actually think that's how its gonna play out. Blacks eventually controlling the same regions where they were once enslaved. But its gonna be atleast 100 years from now. By 2100, there will be 11 billion on the planet. 4 billion will be Africans. 4 billion will be Asians. Alot of those Africans will migrate to Europe and America. And I'd bet alot of them will move to the South to be among other blacks.
